How to Create a Separate BBID for Studio

In Bluebeam Studio you can access Studio & Project sessions to enhance collaboration & productivity. Studio Sessions allow project teams to review, annotate, modify, and update the shared files simultaneously, enabling real-time collaboration with stakeholders worldwide. Studio Projects is a centralized location to store all your project files & PDF documents in the cloud.

You can enable Revu and Studio with different BBIDs. The following step-by-step guide will help you find out how to create a separate BBID for Studio.

To create a new BBID other than the one you used to sign in to Revu: 

Step 1Sign in to Bluebeam Revu with your existing BBID.

Step 2 – Click on the Studio panel at the flyout Panels menu aligned at the left border of your Revu screen.

Step 3
– A Studio panel will slide out like the one below. Uncheck the “Use my Revu login credentials” checkbox > choose your server region > click “Sign In.”

Step 4
– In the new popup window, click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” tab.

Step 5
– In the next transition, enter the required information in all mandatory fields. Then click the “Create Account” button.

Step 6
– Read Bluebeam’s General Services and Software Terms of Use. Click the “I accept" button below if you agree.

Step 7
– Go to your email and find the confirmation email from Bluebeam. Then, click “Confirm My Bluebeam ID.”
