• Why should I migrate to the Bluebeam subscription model?

• I have a Bluebeam Open License with Maintenance, what are the possible options to opt for?

  Any customers with an existing Bluebeam Revu 20 Extreme License (Open License with Maintenance) can opt for a Bluebeam license transfer by migrating to a Subscription-based Bluebeam license. You can fully leverage Bluebeam's most comprehensive package, Bluebeam Complete, for an entire year at no extra cost once you switch to a Bluebeam subscription. However, if you're not ready for a transition, you can renew your current PL/OL contract and Maintenance for another year (with only a slight increase of 10% in Maintenance fees).

• I am an existing customer with active maintenance how do I access Revu V21?

  If you are an active customer, yes, you can access Revu V21 at the highest tier subscription, which is Bluebeam Complete – We created a handy, step-by-step Bluebeam subscription upgrade guide for you to follow

• Am I eligible for free transition from Bluebeam Revu 20 Extreme License to Bluebeam Revu 21 Subscription?

  Eligibility criteria for free upgrade: Users having Bluebeam Open License/Bluebeam perpetual license with Active Maintenance)

  If you use Bluebeam Perpetual License without Active Maintenance, you must purchase a Bluebeam Revu license by paying a full annual subscription for Bluebeam Basics, Core, or Complete. But you can convert your Bluebeam Revu 20 license (for Extreme) to a Bluebeam Complete subscription without paying for any subscription or Bluebeam License cost.

  It is highly recommended to switch to a Bluebeam subscription so you don't miss all the incredible features and benefits. Please note that you will need to switch to a subscription by mid-2023. After that, PL/OL will no longer be supported. • Can I switch to a Bluebeam subscription and keep using Revu 20, 2019, 2018, etc.?

  You can use an older version of Revu—even after transitioning to a Bluebeam subscription—to minimize disruption on your active projects. But we recommend moving your team to the next major version of Bluebeam Revu (Revu 21) as soon as possible so you can leverage the latest functionality, Bluebeam Cloud solutions and all the services included in the subscription. If you have Revu 20, you’ll continue to get updates/patches Bluebeam may release to address critical bugs, but no new functionality will be released.

  Note: You can install Revu 21 side-by-side without uninstalling the older Revu version, so you can continue using existing Revu licenses for some users.

• I’m not ready to move to a Bluebeam subscription. Can I still use my current Bluebeam Perpetual or Open License?

  After mid-2023, renewals for Bluebeam Perpetual or Open Licenses will no longer be available, and subscription will be the only option. Additionally, Bluebeam can no longer support legacy versions, so if you're using Revu 2019 or earlier, support will end on March 21, 2023.

  It's important to note that if you choose not to move to a Bluebeam subscription, you won't have access to the latest version of Revu (Revu 21), Bluebeam Cloud solutions, or any of the services included in the Bluebeam subscription packages.

• I have Maintenance/OL now. What will happen after the first year if I transition to a subscription? Will there be price increases?

  When you switch to a Bluebeam Revu subscription, you will receive a discount for the 1st year. However, in year 2, the discounted Bluebeam license price for subscription will only apply to your original transient licenses/seats. Any new subscriptions added in year 2 will be at the regular Bluebeam license cost, so there's no financial advantage to downgrading to Basics or Core.

  While the pricing for transient seats remains the same, subscription pricing is based on what you paid the year before. So, if you want to continue enjoying the discounted price, stick with your current subscription package (Bluebeam Complete). • Can I purchase Bluebeam Monthly Subscription?

• How much does Bluebeam Subscription Cost?

• Can I buy a Bluebeam subscription for Revu 21 or Bluebeam Cloud solutions separately?

  To provide the most value possible in the office and field, all subscription plans include both Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud (web and mobile) functionality.

• How do Bluebeam subscriptions differ from previous Revu editions?

• What customization options are available in Bluebeam Revu?

  Our most comprehensive subscription plan, Complete, gives you full access to the functionality you’re familiar with in Revu eXtreme. Additionally, it comes with Bluebeam Cloud to help you extend your work into the field on the web and mobile.

• Will I need to log into Revu 21 and Studio separately?

  When you log into Revu 21 with your BBID, you’ll automatically be authenticated and won’t need to log in again to access Studio.
